For one night only, as part of Cheltenham Food + Drink Week, enjoy a five-course exclusive dinner at Sef Steakhouse with Niamh Taylor, The Macallan Brand Ambassador, whilst exploring different expressions of Macallan whiskeys, finishing with the Macallan 18 years old sherry oak cask.
The Macallan was one of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then they have built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. The creation of The Macallan draws on the vital contributing influences of Spain, North America and Scotland - and of their respective natural raw materials, combined with traditional methods and craftsmanship.
Cost: £180 per person

Capacity: Limited tickets are available as this is an intimate social event, you will enjoy dining on a banquet table setting amongst other enthusiasts. This event will be a sell out so please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Meet your host: Şef (pronounced 'chef') Steakhouse is the first UK venture for restauranteurs Metin Civlak, Mert Aras and Kaan Kucukagalar, who have a combined 30 years' experience in the business from opening and running restaurants in Turkey and Kuwait.
Sef Steakhouse prides itself in being an independent restaurant – which promises to impress guests with, not only its food and elegant interiors, but its theatrical dining experience too. Diners can expect premium cuts of meat, dry-aged & cooked over charcoal. They'll also be able to see inside the busy kitchen, with many dishes finished at the table for that extra wow-factor.
