Guidelines for submitting an event
- The Visit Cheltenham team will only approve local events that they feel will be of interest to local people and visitors to Cheltenham. We reserve all rights over whether to display them or not.
- Once your event has been submitted it will be reviewed within three working days.
- Events will only be approved with a good quality, horizontal orientation image.
- Images need to be 880 x 506 pixels minimum, ideally 1220 x 621 pixels. Please be aware that there is a file size limit of 1MB.
- You must ensure that you have permission to use the image on a third party website.
- Posters and vertical orientation images are not permitted, as the format of our website does not show them correctly.
- Please do not use capital letters in titles or in the event description.
- If you have not included key information, or have uploaded an image that does not fit the sizing requirements specified, your event will be rejected.
