Guidelines for listing an event for free
- The Visit Cheltenham team will only approve local events that they feel will be of interest to local people and visitors to Cheltenham.
- Once your event has been submitted it will be reviewed within three working days.
- Events will only be approved with a good quality, horizontal orientation image.
- Images need to be 880 x 506 pixels minimum, ideally 1220 x 620 pixels. Please be aware that there is a file size limit of 1MB.
- Copyright: You must ensure that you have permission to use the image on a third party website. Any uploaded images may be shared in various places on the Visit Cheltenham website and social media channels.
- Posters and vertical orientation images are not permitted, as the format of our website does not show them correctly.
- Please do not use full capital letters in titles, or in the event description.
- If you have not included key information, or have uploaded an image that does not fit the sizing requirements specified, your event will be rejected.
