Add Your Event
You can add your local event on our website absolutely FREE of charge by completing the simple event submission form below.
Please ensure that:
- You include the address where the event is taking place, which must include a post code
- Your image is LANDSCAPE with the following specifications - a photograph (not event poster), jpeg, 1220 x 621 pixels, high resolution (300dpi).
- **Posters and portrait sized images are not permitted as the format of our website does not show them correctly.
- The date(s) and time(s)
- A good, detailed description
- Ticket/entrance prices where applicable
If the form is completed correctly, then your event will be approved within 48 hours, but generally sooner. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming so. It will then appear in the What's On calendar and we can promote it via our social media channels.
Please do not add any duplicate events and imagery/media for multiple or seperate events relating to your company or organisation. We recommend using alternative images that is representative of each event theme and/or subject in order to list properly on our website.
If you have not included key information or have uploaded an image that does not exactly fit the sizing requirements specified, your event will be rejected.
