All four apartments are set within one block. Each apartment has its own entrance and keys are held in a keybox by each door.
Set in the heart of the town centre, you step out of the block with everything on your doorstep. Pubs, coffee and shops and restaurants are literally yards away, the Brewery Quarter is a two minute walk. The Town Hall and Promenade are also a couple of minutes stroll and Montpellier with its boutique bars and eateries is less than a 5 minute stroll. The new John Lewis store is the same distrance away and the racecourse is a 20 minute stroll away or buses run from outside the apartments.
Several top class restaurants are within easy walking distance and there is provision for breakfast at nearby coffee shops or the Wetherspoons pub very nearby. The building is Grade two listed and still retains some lovely regency features throughout. The apartments are large, airy and have been furinished and decorated with a modern twist. Each features its own kitchen, offering very good self catering facilities. Most have separate lounge and dining areas and the three larger apartments cater for four people to sleep, one apartments offering four beds in one room which can be used as a family room.
We have provided coffee machines and washing machines in every apartment, the decor is colourful and beds are comfortable. The larger beds in three of the apartments can be split to provide two single beds upon request. We offer towel and bedding changes for stays in excess of four nights if required and guests can request late departures or early check in.

The apartments are situated within the Town Centre pedestrianised area (between the hours of 08.00-20.00) above the Superdry Store. The nearest car parks are at Regents Arcade and NCP at The Brewery. The entrance to the block is hald-way along the Superdry Store, marked with the number 5 and our Astar Serviced Apartment plaque.
