Edible Art Patisserie, founded by top pastry chef Damien Wager is based in The Courtyard, Montpellier. After the success of his debut book ‘Edible Art’ and gaining nearly 80,000 Instagram followers, the natural progression for Damien was to open his own patisserie - and so this is exactly what he, and his partner Lizzie have done.
A range of delicacies will be available within the patisserie, from colourful tarts to beautifully crafted chocolates. Everything is made onsite using the finest quality ingredients and people will be able to watch Damien at work whilst they enjoy their luxury dessert alongside a barista-made coffee.
Damien will be joined in the kitchen by his sous-chef Kacper, who has been working with him for 3 years. Together they have come up with a unique menu to ensure guests have an experience they will not forget. With an ever-changing collection of delights on offer, there will always be something for everyone to indulge in.
