Cheltenham Observation Wheel
We have some ‘wheely’ exciting news! The Cheltenham Observation Wheel is returning to Imperial Gardens for three weeks in February and the beginning of March. This is your chance to experience stunning bird’s-eye views over Regency Cheltenham.
The fully wheelchair accessible wheel, operated by The Giant Wheel Company and hosted by Cheltenham BID, will operate daily 9 February – 3 March, with extended opening times at weekends and throughout the half-term holiday.
There will also be fun family entertainment alongside the Observation Wheel, including a kids teapot fairground ride (10am-5pm weekends and half term week), Bluey and Bingo guest appearances on Saturday 10 February, electrifying performances by Titan The Robot, from Britain's Got Talent, on Saturday 17 February and a lit up heart installation over Valentine's week, perfect for a romantic selfie with your loved one!

Tickets are not required for Titan The Robot, just rolll up for one of his three free shows on Saturday 17 February and prepare to be amazed! 11:30-12:00, 13:00-13:30 and 14:30-15:00.
Accessibility information - The areas where this event takes place are level and are fully wheelchair accessible. The wheel has specially adapted gondolas which are designed for wheelchairs so the ride can be enjoyed by all.
Toilets - Public conveniences are located by the Cheltenham Town Hall, within close proximity of the wheel.
Duration - The wheel takes three spins per turn. Rides last approximately 6-8 minutes, depending on how long it takes people to enter and exit the wheel carriages.

If arriving by car we recommend that you use Cheltenham’s Park & Ride service, this is located at Arle Court (GL51 6SY, near M5 Junction 11) and Cheltenham Racecourse (GL50 4SH). Parking is free, and the service runs every few minutes into the Town Centre; but please note that times vary on Sundays.
Public Transport Directions
Cheltenham Spa is well served by CrossCountry trains, including direct services from many mainline stations including Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, York, Sheffield and Edinburgh. The railway station (GL51 8NP) is located approximately 1 mile from the town centre, and local buses depart into Cheltenham town centre every few minutes.
Stagecoach run regular services locally and to nearby town and villages.
National Express Coaches operate services between many major cities and Cheltenham Spa’s Royal Well bus station (GL50 3PD).
