Opening with an intention setting and Cacao drinking ceremony, you'll feel your heart pulsating with love as you're then guided to Lie Down and absorb the deep and transformative resonances of gongs, tibetan and crystal bowls.

You'll be guided and supported by the purity of these sounds, sinking deeper and deeper immersing yourself into the powerful energy of love within you.

As you surrender into luxurious soft mattresses, cushions and blankets you'll be carried into your journey, by live classical piano music and original compositions inspired by love written and performed by pianist and founder of Lie Down and Listen - Christina McMaster.
