Webbs Cheltenham remains open during A435 roadworks

Webbs at Cheltenham would like to reassure all customers and visitors that it is open as usual throughout the planned A435 Cycleway construction works.

Although a section of the road will be closed in both directions between Monday 2nd June and Monday 8th September, customers can still reach Webbs Garden Centre, located on the Evesham Road, by approaching from the north.

The road will be closed between Cheltenham Racecourse Roundabout and the Hyde Lane / Southam Lane junction, but customers travelling from Bishops Cleeve and surrounding northern areas can continue to access Webbs without disruption. After 8th September, when the southbound carriageway reopens, access to Webbs will become easier. The northbound section of the carriageway will remain closed until Friday 31st October 2025.

A spokesperson from Webbs said: “It is business as usual, and we remain committed to providing a welcoming experience and excellent service throughout the roadworks period. We advise that customers check their routes before setting off and allow extra time for their journey, and we look forward to welcoming you soon.”
