Cheltenham offers a unique blend of city-style living within a town environment. It combines attractions, cuisine and culture that can be easily explored in less than a 20-minute walk or 10-minute cycle from the town centre. It is also a great place to base a visit to the Cotswolds and other nearby destinations.

While you can use a car, it isn't necessary as our Royal Well Bus and Coach Station is located in the centre of the town, offering good local bus connections around town, to the railway station and beyond Cheltenham. The town is also easy to walk or cycle around, or if your feet are tired, licensed taxis are readily available at ranks located across town, as indicated on the Visit Cheltenham Map.
