Ellenborough Park guests can be the first to escape this April, as the hotel is offering a selection of rooms that are self-contained with private entrances from 12th April, alongside their new outdoor dining offering.  Guests can dine in one of the hotel's new private carriages on the South Lawn, which will keep them dry in any weather conditions.

Self-contained Mews Rooms at Ellenborough Park

Steeped in over 500 years of history and heritage and set amidst 90 acres of sprawling countryside, Ellenborough Park, in the Cotswolds, will be opening its stunning self-contained Mews Rooms from 12th April to 16th May. 

Perfect for those looking for a change of scenery or a break away from the work from home setting, all rooms will offer a private entrance and some even come with a beautiful, private garden or patio. Surrounded with peaceful countryside views, the rooms offer sumptuous four poster beds with crisp cotton sheets as well as fresh towels and snug bathrobes. Discreet bedroom servicing is also available either daily or upon guests’ request. 

Whilst the main hotel may be closed, guests will still be able to make the most of Ellenborough Park’s luxuries, with a swim in the heated outdoor pool and a facial or massage treatment in the beautiful spa.

Four-legged members of the family are most welcome, with great walks and acres of private estate to let the dogs roam free. All furry friends will receive a dog package which includes a baked doggie muffin, dog toy, bone, bed, blanket, bowls, torch & dog towels.

New outdoor dining options at Ellenborough Park

The team at Ellenborough Park are excited to announce their new al fresco outdoor dining opportunities from 12 April for the summer season. A new outdoor dining menu will be available on the south-facing Terrace which provides a suntrap throughout the day and evenings. Ellenborough Park is guaranteed to be the place to be this summer with guests cosying up under heaters and blankets late into the evening.

From 23 April, the hotel is also excited to introduce its brand new outdoor carriages. Five beautiful carriages will seat between four and six people for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. The carriages will be decorated, lit and are heated and covered for all outdoor weather conditions. 

May will see the opening of the new ‘Cedar Pavilion’. This pop-up and cosy eatery will be set within an impressive stretch tent from South Africa. A special new addition to the estate that will propose a swanky setting with festoon lighting, crafted wooden tables, vibrant fire bowls and cedar views.

Also new for this summer is the Tattinger Horsebox, a beautiful outdoor bar to ensure guests don’t go thirsty. The horsebox is a true testament to Ellenborough Park’s location which is just moments from the iconic Cheltenham Racecourse.
