2021 Festival Trails Day: Saturday 30 January 2021
Message from the Cheltenham Racecourse team -
Following the news that England is now in a National Lockdown, unfortunately we are unable to welcome spectators to the racecourse. This means that we will race behind closed doors, but we look forward to being able to welcome racegoers again when it’s safe and appropriate to do so.
We will be in touch with anyone who has already purchased a ticket for a fixture now affected by the National Lockdown and a refund will be automatically processed.
Please continue to visit our website, check our social media channels and email newsletters for news, updates and racing at home content. And don’t forget you can watch our racing live on Racing TV and ITV Racing.
With best wishes.

What is Festival Trials Day at Cheltenham Racecourse?
Broadcast live on ITV Racing and Racing TV it's the last Cheltenham raceday before The Festival and there is always an excitable atmosphere. Huge crowds normally gather to catch a glimpse of Festival contenders as they show the world what they're really made of.
The racing highlight of Festival Trials Day is the Trial Cotswold Steeple Chase, often considered a trial for the Magners Gold Cup in March.
