The Brewery Quarter is set to welcome two exciting new hospitality venues later this year, as award-winning independent brewery and hospitality operator Siren Craft Brew and popular Irish hospitality brand Katie O'Brien's Irish Tavern choose Cheltenham's premier leisure destination for their latest ventures.
Taking over prominent units within The Brewery Quarter, both venues will bring something new to the town's food and drink scene, from Siren's renowned craft beer offering and hospitality expertise to Katie O'Brien's lively atmosphere, live music, big-screen sport and warm Irish welcome.
The openings mark a significant boost for The Brewery Quarter, further strengthening its position as one of Gloucestershire's leading destinations for eating, drinking and entertainment.

Siren Craft Brew
Founded in 2013, Siren Craft Brew has grown from a local brewery into one of the UK's most respected craft beer brands, operating three hospitality venues alongside its Berkshire brewery. The Cheltenham opening marks a major milestone as the business expands beyond its home region for the first time.
The new venue will bring Siren's renowned craft beer offering, guest pours and elevated casual dining experience to Gloucestershire, further strengthening The Brewery Quarter's line-up of leading leisure and hospitality brands.
Nikki Kontarines, Director at Martin Commercial Properties, said: "We're delighted to welcome Siren Craft Brew to The Brewery Quarter. They are one of the UK's most exciting independent beer brands and exactly the kind of operator that helps keep the destination fresh, distinctive and experience-led.
"For Siren to choose Cheltenham for its first venture outside Berkshire is a significant endorsement of both the town and The Brewery Quarter."
Darron Anley, Founder of Siren Craft Brew, said: "As we explored opportunities beyond Berkshire, The Brewery Quarter quickly emerged as one of the most attractive locations we looked at. Cheltenham has a strong reputation for quality food and drink, a thriving visitor economy and a customer base that actively seeks out premium experiences.
"The site itself offers a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase everything that makes Siren special - from fresh beer and exclusive releases to great food and hospitality. We're excited to bring the brand to a new audience and take this next step in our growth."
Dominic Brady, Director at KLM Real Estate, said: "Siren Craft Brew had been searching for the right opportunity to support its first expansion beyond Berkshire, and The Brewery Quarter stood out from the outset. The combination of a high-quality scheme, strong operator mix and Cheltenham's affluent catchment made it an excellent fit for the brand.
"The availability of this prominent unit presented a rare opportunity to secure a flagship location in one of the South West's most established leisure destinations, and we're delighted to have helped bring the deal together."

Katie O'Brien's
The Brewery Quarter has announced that popular Irish hospitality brand Katie O'Brien's Irish Tavern will be opening its newest venue at the destination later this year.
Taking over a prime leisure unit, the new venue promises to inject fresh energy into one of Gloucestershire’s leading leisure destinations. Renowned for its lively atmosphere, live music, premium drinks, big-screen sporting action and warm Irish welcome, Katie O'Brien's has built a loyal following across the UK and continues to grow in key city-centre locations.
The arrival of Katie O'Brien's marks an exciting new chapter for The Brewery Quarter, further strengthening its vibrant mix of leisure, dining and entertainment operators.
A spokesperson for Katie O'Brien's said: "We're thrilled to be bringing Katie O'Brien's to Cheltenham and joining The Brewery Quarter. As a premium destination in the Southwest, The Brewery Quarter offers a fantastic mix of leisure, retail and hospitality operators alongside an established visitor base, making it the perfect fit for our brand. We see significant potential in the location and are excited to invest in the venue, become part of the local community and bring our unique Irish tavern experience to both residents and visitors alike."
Nikki Kontarines, Director at Martin Commercial Properties, added: "Katie O'Brien's is exactly the kind of operator we wanted to attract. The brand is known for creating welcoming, high-energy venues that draw customers throughout the day and well into the evening. We're delighted to welcome them to The Brewery Quarter and are confident they'll bring a fantastic new dimension to this part of the scheme."
Dominic Brady, Director at KLM Real Estate added: "Following the end of Mitchells & Butlers' ten-year tenure at The Brewery Quarter, the prime leisure unit is set for a new chapter. The arrival of Katie O'Brien's represents an exciting opportunity to introduce a fresh hospitality concept to the destination, bringing even more choice and vibrancy to Cheltenham's leading leisure and entertainment hub.”
Licencing applications are currently underway, with the venue set to open later this year.
The announcements mark another exciting chapter for The Brewery Quarter, which continues to grow its mix of nationally recognised and independent brands, including The Alchemist, Flight Club, The Botanist and Cosy Club.
With Siren Craft Brew and Katie O'Brien's Irish Tavern set to join the line-up later this year, visitors can look forward to even more reasons to eat, drink and socialise in the heart of Cheltenham. Further details will be announced in due course.
