Award-winning Indian street food restaurant Bandook Kitchen comes to Cheltenham this spring as they open up in Montpellier. Their flavour-packed tiffin lunches, sharing platters, grills and curries have been a huge hit in their original Bath restaurant, and we can't wait to give them a try.

Gourmet hot chocolate brand Knoops is another welcome arrival to Cheltenham, coming soon in the former Costa Coffee site on the Promenade. It's heaven for cocoa lovers, with hot chocolates and milkshakes at more than 20 different chocolate percentages to choose from.

Gallimores No. 1

Much-loved Cheltenham seafood specialists Gallimores are back in a new location at No.1 Bayshill Road, with Chef Lee Gallimore still at the helm. Expect to see old favourites on the menu, like moules marinière and seafood linguine using freshly caught fish and seafood, as well as Sunday lunches and weekend breakfasts.
The Tavern

It's another welcome return for Cheltenham pub The Tavern, now under the ownership of JM Socials, whose stable of local foodie businesses also includes Prithvi, Bhoomi Kitchen and Bao + BBQ. The menu will feature Tavern gastropub classics, plus some exciting new additions like their finger-licking Tavern Fried Chicken Tuesday nights.

The reopening of the Garden Bar in Cheltenham's beautiful Imperial Gardens is a sure sign that spring has arrived.
