Founded by John & David Hawes and Kris Biggs, the team behind KNEAD Bakery and Jesse Smith Butchers, LARDON builds on a strong foundation of craft and quality produce, while offering a distinct identity of its own. Led in the kitchen by Head Chef Mikey Bain, formerly of Calcot Manor and Whatley Manor, LARDON will focus on ingredient-led, wood-fired cooking that champions seasonality and exceptional ingredients. Front of house will be overseen by Josh Newman, formerly No. 38 The Park, Lucky Onion Group.

The menus will feature a range of dishes and flavours inspired by Tuscany, the Basque Country and Provence. The Founders believe in the ethos that ‘life is best enjoyed when you slow down’. As such, Lardon will offer a unique breakfast option, bringing the leisurely feel of a hotel breakfast to the site, whereby diners can enjoy both a classic brunch plate as well as a delicious array of fresh juices, smoothies, and an assortment of fresh pastries and further breakfast options, banquet style.

LARDON will also offer private dining and party reservations for up to 30 guests, ideal for celebrations, group dining, and special occasions.
