The owners of Neptune Apartments have decided that it is time for them to retire and so will be welcoming their final guests on Tuesday, 30th June. The 12 luxury serviced apartments in 47- 49 The Promenade have been welcoming guests from all around the world since February 2022.
Owner Jim Hawtin explained the reasoning behind the decision:
“We have thoroughly enjoyed the last four years but have decided that it is the right time for us to retire. As a result, Neptune Apartments will be welcoming our final guests at the end of June. We would like to thank all our guests for having chosen Neptune Apartments, many of whom have returned many times, and we have got to know them very well. We would also like to thank our small team and suppliers who have helped us deliver an exceptional guest experience.
“Cheltenham is a fantastic, beautiful, vibrant town, and we have been honoured to be a small part of the town’s hospitality sector over the years. We have always tried to shine a light on the many reasons why the town is a great place to stay, whether that be for leisure or business”.

Owners Jim Hawtin and Mandy Reeson will continue to own 47 – 49 The Promenade and work will commence in July to convert the apartments into long-term leasehold apartments, which will come to the market in the Autumn.
