13th Katie O’Brien’s venue brings Irish hospitality, live music and plenty of craic to Cheltenham.
The Brewery Quarter is gearing up for another new arrival this weekend, as Katie O’Brien’s Irish Tavern opens its doors on Saturday 3 October, just six days after award-winning independent craft brewery Siren welcomed its first guests.

Moving in next door to Siren, Katie O’Brien’s 13th venue will bring its Irish tavern experience to Cheltenham, with live music, big-screen sporting action and a warm, sociable atmosphere. There’s no need to book - guests can simply turn up and enjoy the opening weekend.
To celebrate its arrival, Katie O’Brien’s is also giving visitors the chance to claim a free pint of Guinness. Full details are available on the Katie O’Brien’s website.
Nikki Kontarines, Director at Martin Commercial Properties, managing agents for The Brewery Quarter, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Katie O’Brien’s to The Brewery Quarter. The venue adds another distinctive experience to our growing line-up and brings something diƯerent to the destination.
“To have two new operators open within just six days is fantastic and highlights the continued investment and variety at The Brewery Quarter. Whether people are coming to dine, meet friends, enjoy live entertainment or watch the latest sporting action, there’s always something new to discover.”
A spokesperson for Katie O’Brien’s said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be opening the doors in Cheltenham this Saturday. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready and we’re looking forward to finally welcoming everyone in.
“Expect plenty of Guinness, live music, good times and a proper Irish welcome. There’s no need to book - just come along, bring your friends and join us for the opening weekend. We can’t wait to see you there!”
With its ever-evolving line-up of national brands, independent operators and new concepts, The Brewery Quarter is one of Cheltenham’s leading destinations to Shop, Dine, Stay and Play.
