John Lewis members week returns to Cheltenham from 22nd to 31st May, bringing a programme of exclusive rewards, beauty experiences, styling events and in-store inspiration for My John Lewis members.
From complimentary styling sessions and skincare masterclasses to prize giveaways and member rewards, there will be plenty happening in-store throughout the week.

Scratch, win and shop
Visitors shopping in-store during Members Week can also enjoy the chance to win exclusive rewards. Throughout the event, every My John Lewis member making a purchase in the Cheltenham store will receive a Golden Ticket scratch card, offering the opportunity to unlock exclusive discounts and rewards for future shopping trips.*

Discover personal styling and home design services
Throughout members week, the personal styling and home design teams will be hosting relaxed open house sessions, offering visitors the opportunity to learn more about two of John Lewis’s most popular in-store services.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco while exploring styling and interiors advice in an informal setting, with no appointment required.

Beauty rewards during members week
Beauty lovers can also enjoy exclusive in-store experiences during Members Week. On 23rd and 24th May, My John Lewis members spending £75 or more on beauty products will have the opportunity to take part in the Gift Grab promotion, with prizes from leading beauty brands including Sol de Janeiro, L'Occitane and Dermalogica.*

Elemis and Clinique beauty masterclasses
Members week will also feature a series of bookable beauty events designed to offer visitors expert skincare and beauty advice.
On 29th May, Elemis will host its Ultimate Pro-Collagen Routine Masterclass, offering guests the chance to discover the brand’s iconic skincare collection with guidance from industry experts.
On 30th May, Clinique will host a Brush Along Masterclass, focusing on skincare preparation and makeup application techniques.
Tickets for the masterclasses are available through Eventbrite, priced at £15 for Elemis and £10 for Clinique. Ticket prices are redeemable against purchases made with the featured brand on the day.
