After months of planning behind the scenes, JM Socials has officially launched its brand-new loyalty scheme across all venues this week.

The new scheme has been created as a thank you to the customers who continue to support the group’s restaurants, bars and cafés throughout the year.

From now on, guests will earn rewards every time they spend at any JM Socials venue, with points building across the entire group.

To mark the launch, every customer who signs up during the first month will receive over £90 worth of vouchers to use across JM Socials venues, alongside an FTS coffee for just £1.

“We wanted to create something that felt genuinely rewarding and worthwhile for our customers. People have supported our venues so loyally over the years and this is our way of giving something back.

One of the things we love most is seeing customers move between our venues — brunch in one place, cocktails in another, coffee somewhere else — so it felt right to create one scheme that connects everything together.”

Customers can sign up in under a minute via the JM Socials website website with their digital loyalty card stored directly in their phone wallet.

The scheme is now live across all participating JM Socials venues.
