From decorating vibrant terracotta pots and sowing seeds in the Webbs Sow and Grow session, to designing charming wooden birdboxes in their Decorate a Bird Box workshop, little ones will enjoy a joyful mix of creativity, learning, and fun. Best of all, while they immerse themselves in these memorable experiences, the team at Webbs will take care of the tidying up!
Sow and grow
Inspire a love of gardening in your youngsters with this Sow and Grow activity.
Children can decorate a charming terracotta pot using vibrant acrylic paint pens and stencils, then plant a selection of seeds to nurture at home. From dwarf sunflowers to other blooms, this activity is perfect for budding green fingers and combines creativity with hands-on learning. Suitable for children aged 3+.

Decorate a bird box
For a different kind of artistic adventure, pop along with your young nature enthusiasts to decorate a bird box at Webbs.
Children can use acrylic paint pens to create and decorate their very own wooden birdbox - a safe haven for local feathered friends. Once complete, they can take their birdbox home and watch the birds settle into their new home.
This workshop is perfect for children of all ages and introduces them to wildlife conservation in a fun and interactive way.

Teens & adults sow and grow
By popular demand, the teens and adults sow & grow returns to Webbs! Held in the Planthouse Café at Wychbold, this session mirrors the kids’ activity but with comfy seating and a relaxed pace – perfect for older participants wanting to enjoy some creative gardening fun.
