Cheltenham’s nightlife takes centre stage this year as Retrospective Events hosts three standout retrospective club events at Clavell and Hind, each celebrating a defining chapter of UK dance music with legendary headliners.
The series kicks off on 18 April with Retrospective of Trance, featuring two of the scene’s most influential names. Dave Pearce, the unmistakable voice behind Radio 1’s Dance Anthems, brings decades of crowd-lifting anthems, while Graham Gold, a global trance icon, delivers the euphoric sound that defined packed dancefloors and festival stages across the world. Expect soaring melodies, classic breakdowns and pure hands-in-the-air moments.
On 23 May, the spotlight turns to house music with the Retrospective of House Boutique Party. Fashion icon, TV personality and DJ Gok Wan joins forces with house pioneer Jeremy Healy, whose career spans Ibiza residencies, chart success and legendary club nights. Together, they promise a feel-good journey through vocal house, disco-influenced grooves and timeless club classics.
Rounding off the summer on 25 July, Retrospective of Garage brings high-energy nostalgia with true UKG royalty. Luck & Neat, founders of the iconic label that shaped the garage movement, are joined by chart-toppers Artful Dodger, whose anthems soundtracked an era and continue to ignite dancefloors today.
