LARDON is a new European inspired small plates restaurant which opened after much anticipation on Monday 22 June at Elkstone Studios. Founded by John and David Hawes alongside Kris Biggs, the team behind KNEAD Bakery and Jesse Smith Butchers, the menu draw inspiration from cuisine made in Tuscany, the Basque Country and Provence.

Multi award winning Plates and Shakers has arrived in Cheltenham. The tapas bar and restaurant, originally located in Ross on Wye and named Best Cocktail Bar 2025 by the Midlands Food and Beverage Hospitality Awards, is known for its exceptional cocktails alongside Mediterranean style tapas.
With regularly changing menus, there is always something new to discover on every visit. Plates and Shakers opened on Thursday 25 June.

With a carefully selected range of whiskies and a curated wine offering at Ronnie’s wine bar, the venue will bring an intimate setting and a slow paced, relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal place to settle in and savour each sip.

Gail’s, the popular artisan bakery, is opening its doors in Cheltenham on Friday 17 July. Bringing its much-loved range of handmade breads, cakes and pastries to the Promenade, it will also serve its signature house blend coffee.

Ellenborough Park Hotel’s alfresco dining has returned, with the terrace and South Lawn dining carriages providing a beautiful setting. Seasonal dishes, traditional Sunday roasts, and Wimbledon afternoon tea at Cedar Corner are all on offer, set within 90 acres of Cotswold countryside.
The return of Flight Club’s summer terrace brings a bright spot for cocktails in the sunshine, with colourful blooms all around. After enjoying the terrace, the evening continues inside with social darts.
