The World Cup is nearly here, returning to our screens from Thursday 11 June to Sunday 19 July 2026.

The tournament begins on Thursday 11 June in Mexico City. Mexico joins the USA and Canada as one of three host countries, bringing four weeks of exciting football action. The opening match features Mexico versus South Africa.
England play their first match against Croatia on Wednesday 17 June at 9pm, followed by Ghana on Tuesday 23 June at 9pm, and concludes the group stage against Panama on Saturday 27 June at 10pm.
