"I'm a remarkable woman, though none of you seemed to think so."
May Morris was an important designer, maker and teachers in the Arts and Crafts movement. She was also a writer and editor of her father William Morris's works. She was often overlooked, both in life and after her death.
To mark International Women's Day, curator Kirsty Hartsiotis will explore the life and work of this remarkable woman. The event includes afternoon tea.
