Guests can enjoy an afternoon of foraging in the beautiful hotel grounds, followed by a 'wild' meal in The Restaurant using the ingredients gathered earlier that day.
The foraging experience would include:
o Around 2-3 hours of foraging in the stunning hotel grounds
o An introduction upon arrival to the basics of foraging, before exploring a selection of different habitats
o The forager would introduce guests to a different species and give tips of harvesting and correct identification of foods and plants
o Guests will be able to sample delicious pre-made wild food tasters and preserves on the way
Following this, guests can sit back and enjoy the spoils of their labour by tucking into a special menu incorporating their foraged ingredients.
