Restaurant Journey is a culinary adventure that explores tastes and sensations from around the world.

Our Head Chef, Jeff Lewis, creates unique flavour combinations that are exquisite and playful. It is a memorable three-hour dining experience to be savoured. We serve a 12-course “Omakase” (this literally means ‘’I'll leave it to you’’ in Japanese) Tasting Menu, which is £89 per person or £125 per person if you would like our special A5 Wagyu dish.

Expect spectacular food but a fun and vibrant night out - this is fine dining without the pomp and ceremony! The food will take centre stage and our aim is to delight and surprise our guests. Throughout the evening you’ll be treated to lively music (we’re happy to share our playlist), some kitchen theatrics and a seamless serving performance.
