Fully customisable, the new menu offers guests the chance to create their own delicious and healthy poke bowl, their way! Simply build up your bowl from scratch, with a choice of base, main ingredient, and a range of toppings to create a meal that's uniquely yours.

Choose from sushi rice or courgette noodles as your base, followed by fresh salmon sashimi with soy and honey, tuna sashimi with sesame and soy, or teriyaki grilled chicken and crispy tofu.

Then go all out with your own choice of four toppings, including avocado, mango, edamame, kimchi, baby sweetcorn, goma wakame and much more.
Can’t decide what to go for? Then just ask for the chef’s poke selection of the day.

"Poke Bowls are always a winner at KIBOU Cheltenham, but we wanted to mix it up a little this summer,” said Ian Pechon, Senior Head Chef at KIBOU Cheltenham.

“Our many regulars often ask us for their own twist on a dish when they visit, and when we’re able to, we always do our best. By launching this new build-your-own menu, we’re giving every guest the chance to create their own special dish, and to create a slightly different poke bowl every time they visit.”

With prices starting from just £14, and new ingredients being added all the time, KIBOU’s new build-your-own poke bowl menu is the perfect accompaniment to summer, and the ideal choice if you’re looking to try something new.
