Transport yourself to an enchanting winter wonderland at The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie this January with a menu filled with timeless classics and new delights.

New options include a Roast Pumpkin & Butternut Squash Soup served with truffle ricotta, pine nuts, and sage or a Duck Liver Parfait with caramelised hazelnuts to start; it’s as charming as winter herself.

For mains, let the heart-warming flavours of the season enchant and delight. Dishes available include an Aromatic Duck Curry served in a Keralan sauce with sweet potato and jasmine rice, and a classic Ivy Shepherd’s Pie with slow braised lamb, beef, red wine sauce, and a cheese potato mash.

To finish, guests can try a selection of delectable desserts, including an Apple Tart baked on a crispy puff pastry and flamed table-side with Calvados liqueur and a Coconut Pannacotta accompanied with slices of pineapple poached in vanilla and sugar syrup.

Alongside new dishes, guests can enjoy a selection of flavourful mocktails to help you feel fabulous this Dry January. The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie has teamed up with Lyre’s to create two delightful non-alcoholic cocktails, the Angelic Amaretti Sour, crafted with Lyre’s non-alcoholic Amaretti and a fiery Picante made with the non-alcoholic spirit, lime & chilli.

Keith Squire, General Manager at The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie, says: “We’re delighted to be bringing a range of classic dishes and mocktails to the menu this January and look forward to welcoming guests for a warming experience this winter season.”

The Winter Menu is available from Thursday, 5th January.
