• You can enjoy a cappuccino or even a glass of Prosecco during the appointment.
• Your Personal Stylist will call ahead of your appointment to chat through what you’re looking for.
• You will have your own luxurious styling suite with a pre-picked selection ready for you on arrival, You can browse the shop floor for more options with your Personal Stylist or relax in The Style Studio while they find further pieces for you to try on.
• There’s no obligation but of course you can buy any items you love on the day.
• You can then stay in touch with your Personal Stylist after the appointment to ask any follow-up questions via email and receive further recommendations to add to your wishlist.

Enter the Craft Festival Cheltenham prize draw at John Lewis this Saturday, 12 February
