One of the many wonderful things about the Cheltenham Paint Festival is that you can enjoy the street art, created by talented artists from around the world, year round. So if you fancy a different walking route for your lockdown exercise read on!

A few of our favouite murals from previous Cheltenham Paint Festival's can be seen in our video below...

We thoroughly recommend you explore the various street art locations on foot or on bike.  You can download the 4 mile (6k) route map here .

A good starting point is the Honeybourne Line, with art to enjoy on the bridges and in the tunnels.  Make sure you get a selfie next to the I Love Cheltenham sign and enjoy a good giggle at the Minions.

If you are feeling up for a good walk from here you divert to the two incredible murals on Princess Elizabeth Way by Dan Kitchener (aka Dank) and Inkie.

If you would prefer a shorter route, walk into town to seek out the famous scene by Hamlet ('To be or not to be...') created by Zabou on the Premier Inn side of the Brewery Quarter; the vivid lady with fox by Faungraphic and Rocket01 on St Georges Street; and a huge cat by Curtis Hylton (aka Samer) on Albion Street.

From here make sure you pop across the street from The Brewery Quarter to North Place car park where there are numerous scenes by talented artists from around the world. Lastly pop over to Sherbourne Place to checkout the snake illusion. Enjoy exploring!
