Two of Cheltenham’s much loved festivals are working together to celebrate 70 years of Cheltenham Literature Festival. Cheltenham Paint Festival takes place on 5th - 8th September and has adopted the theme ‘Hurrah For Books’, encouraging artists to interpret the theme in their own unique way.

Fun and entertaining, the UK tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat burst on to the stage in incredible Egyptian style at The Everyman Theatre on Tuesday night in the first of its run of sell-out performances across the country.

This week the Visit Cheltenham team had the pleasure of checking out the new bistro café to open in Montpellier, Chaplais Kitchen, sister site to the popular Maison Chaplais in nearby Tivoli.

You can expect over 900 of the best writers, thinkers and performers of our time to our vibrant Regency town, setting the scene for once-in-a-lifetime conversations to take place over ten extraordinary days of unique experiences, critical debate and literary revelry.

Horse racing fans and first-time racegoers alike are welcomed to Cheltenham Racecourse from 10^th – 13^th March 2020 to celebrate Four Days of Extraordinary as the finest horses, jockeys, owners, and trainers battle it out for the highest racing honours, their reputations and over £4.5 million of prize money.

Cheltenham Heritage Open Days is a popular annual event held as part of the UK's largest festival of history and culture with buildings across the country opening their doors to celebrate heritage, community and history.
