Three days of world, roots, and contemporary music, comedy cinema, creative workshops and lively ethical debate in the attractive setting of Cheltenham Racecourse overlooked by the Cotswold Hills.
Festival opening hours
The festival starts on the Friday, with the box office open from 9.30am and entrance to the campsite from 10am. The Festival Village will open at 12 noon and live music on the stages will begin shortly after.
On Saturday and Sunday the Festival Village is open from 9.30am for day visitors. Music on the stages begins from 11.00am with a variety of workshops running throughout both days. We are lucky enough to have a licence that allows entertainment until 3.00am. Please enjoy yourselves, but be considerate of those around you who might be sleeping when heading back to your beds.
There will be a selection of stalls and food and drink outlets at the event.
The campsite will close at midday on the Monday.
The festival is known for its family friendly feel, big range of music on offer, plus loads of other activities including 100 workshops for all ages, comedy, cinema and much more. Plus we have a very laid back vibe, and you can drive onto the campsite to unload all your gear, and we have been nominated Best Family Festival in the UK Festival Awards every year.
The site is reasonably flat and compact so easy to get around for those with mobility problems and those with small children. There is parking close to the box office for day visitors and weekenders can drive on to the campsite to unload. The campsite is a 100 metre walk away from the festival village over a temporary walkway.
There are wheelchair/easy access toilets on both the campsite and the festival village.
