Millions of years before Cheltenham existed dinosaurs roamed Britain - the BBC Walking with Dinosaurs programme succeeded in taking us into the world of these incredible creatures and provided viewers with a taste of what their world was like. With some set in their scenic landscape you can walk back in time and experience what it was like to encounter a dinosaur face to face.
Coming to Cheltenham are a few of the spectacular casts which were made for the programme - a T-Rex head, Deinonychus, and a dead Torosaur are shown along side a replica skull of a Triceratops and real fossils that are over 100 million years old.
A Tour-Ex Exhibition produced under licence from BBC Worldwide.

Legend has it that the inspiration for the character Alice in the stories Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, had connections with Cheltenham. She was called Alice Liddell and from time to time visited her grandparents who lived in Charlton Kings.
John Tenniel was a political cartoonist for Punch based in London. In 1864 Lewis Carroll asked him if he would illustrate Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Their combined creative genius led to both books being an instant success. This exhibition celebrates some of the best illustrations from both books which have been printed from the original wood engraved blocks.
A Graphicus Touring exhibition.
